Broken Dreams was absolutely beautiful. It captured my attention from the start. I found myself weeping early on and that, of course, led to me hoping and wishing for the wonder of more for Izzy and Conner. Their story of struggle, friendship, and love was all encompassing. It was certainly captivating. Long story short, this story was comprehensive and emotional and intense and really wonderful. I loved it.

Awwww... What a great story! The writing could of been better, more detailed. Besides that it's such a unique story that was bitter sweet in a way. I think it was worth reading.

Broken Dreams is a heartwarming, gut wrenching truly sweet story that will bring even the most hard hearted to tears both of joy and pain. Isabelle is wonderfully strong and vulnerable and Conner is the perfect boyfriend. This is a fade to black romance so no sex scenes but that seems fitting too. I am not a big fan of switching point of views but that too seems to work. A wonderfully sweet tale that will keep you turning pages.

This was just an "ok" read for me. I like the premise of the story, and the couple was cute. It was a slow read though.

Amazing read! You'll laugh, you'll cry and at times you'll be cheering Izzy on to pursue her dreams. I gotta find me a Connor, that boy is how all boys/men should be.

Izzy/Ian are twins, but a twist of fate leaves her alone. Izzy's dream was to be a dancer. Ian's dream (including Connor) was a soccer player. Ian has a change of heart and decides to go to the Army instead of college. That twist of fate leaves the whole family broken and Izzy decides to stop her dreams and pursue her brothers dream of the Army. While pursuing this dream on behalf of her brother, Ian, another twist of fate is brought into this family. Connor (Ian's BF) is there for the family and is actually one of their family. Connor and Izzy both hid feelings for each other due to Ian. This twist of fate brings them together and through all the heartache and pushing away that Izzy does to Connor, he sticks it out no matter what. His love is real and amazing! The amount of stuff Izzy went through would have caused most men to walk away, but not Connor.

Izzy may have had broken dreams, but those twist of fate brought out old/new dreams for her. She touched so many children's lives and made a difference in that telethon. I'm so glad that Connor and her got their dreams together in the end. The epilogue was totally unexpected, but I loved how it ended and couldn't be more happy that it ended this way. There is definitely a story between, Izzy's sister, Bri and Josh, who is Connor's soccer friend. Hope we see more of Izzy and Connor as well. This should definitely, be made into a movie. So grab those tissues and read on!

I received the book from the author for an honest review

It was very cool actually, it made me think about life a lot. It was a very heartwarming story and I like it a lot.

The tragedy and loss, the pursuit of a dream to honor another person memory and a lot of twitst made this story a great one.

The change we suffer in the time we have on earth sometimes are curious ones, but life always get us on the path we need more than the one we want and this story show me that human spirit is a thing to behold.

I hope to read more books by this author in the future.

I really enjoyed reading this book. Izzy is such a strong character, her story brought me to tears more than once. Conner is just perfect in this book, patient and sweet and supportive. Their relationship was great to watch develop.

Broken Dreams is a very emotional story, but it's not something you go into reluctantly because it is so well written.

I felt like the flow was natural and the plot moved at a steady pace. The writing was very well done and the characters felt real. I would highly recommend giving this a read! Great book!

I really don't want to give any spoilers, but I just re-read the ending and WOW!!
