This book is your typical Christmas rom-com. Pretty quick read told in two perspectives. The most action you see is some kissing. Didn't finish the last few pages because it ends with a surprise pregnancy and that's a huge no-go for me. Before that it was going to be a 4 star read, but I knocked a whole star off due to ending on a typical (and unwanted) pregnancy note.

It was cute and the writing was good. It didn’t feel super Christmasy but definitely a cozy winter story (set around Christmastime). I agree with some other reviews saying it read like a Hallmark movie plot, which is great if that’s your cup of tea. Even though it’s not mine, I did enjoy it.

When twins Cass and Charlie Goodwin switch places for the holidays, they think they will be able to solve each others' problems. What ensues instead is a series of mix-ups that prove to the girls that it may be harder to pull off the switcheroo they used to, without further complicating things.

This was the perfect lighthearted holiday read; exactly what I needed. While there are definitely some topics that may be triggering or upsetting to some readers, the overall plot read much like a warm Hallmark Christmas movie. It was a quick read with a happy ending that will leave readers feeling good about the holidays, even when real life may not always be so cheery.
