Getting into this book was slow going and then I completely fell for the characters. It was heartfelt and hilarious and then we got to the part where obviously there’s going to be conflict. I found the conflict stupid but I understood. What I absolutely did not understand was why Isaiah had to grovel and beg for forgiveness and Nina didn’t even apologize? She was the one that was wrong. 110% the entire thing was Nina over reacting and I understand hormones but really? Pregnancy hormones don’t make you think that everyone else is wrong and you’re the only one that’s right?!
And I say that speaking as someone that got pregnant within a month of meeting the father of the baby and had to basically do the same things Nina and Isaiah did.
Nina was phenomenal up until the Arizona parts and after. Her reaction and lack of apology in the book make HER the bad guy here. Ridiculous.

I asked for a super cute accidental pregnancy story and that’s what I got. This story explored the complicated feelings of grief and anger after losing a loved one, the difficulty or trying to move on after heartbreak, and how taking on more responsibility and taking care of others doesn’t mean you stop taking care of yourself.

I’m so glad Isaiah and Nina pulled through despite her reservations and his past trying to throw them off. I wanted to shake Nina occasionally, but considering everything she was going through and how her parents were, I got it. Logan and Jada??? ADORABLE. This was my first story by this author, but not my last.

SWOON AND SQUEAL FOREVER! Isaiah and Nina are everything and even more than I was expecting. The swoon, the laughs and ─oh my goodness, the steam of this book... They all blew my mind just when I thought it couldn't get better than that! This story was full of emotion and true family love and I just can't handle all the feelings and I really have no words to!

I was already obsessed with this amazing fictional world. The introduction that we have in book 1 was absolute perfection, but this book dives so much deeper into the characters, their friendships and the family bond they have, it was the most perfect setting for such a beautiful, funny and heartwarming story!

Nina is everything I was expecting her to be, badass, take-shit-from-no-one, courageous, caring and funny as hell heroine! The woman deserves a standing ovation, she was carrying the weight of the entire world on her shoulders, she was selfless and loved her siblings Logan and Jada sacrificially. She showed since the start how great of a mother she was and the heart of a warrior she had by putting Jada and Logan first and doing everything she could to see them well and happy, no matter what she had to sacrifice. I loved how from the beginning she wasn't afraid of asking Isaiah what she needed and wanted and wasn't shy to take it! I was rooting for her the entire time, so I understood every doubt and hesitation she had, but also made me squeal as she let Isaiah slowly (and oh, so deliciously) tear her walls down to take care of her ─not because she wasn't capable of taking care of herself, but because she deserved a guy who wanted to ease the load she had and that could love her unconditionally like Isaiah did.

"God, this man. I was so scared to give us a real chance, but he just keeps proving over and over again that I'll never be able to let him go."

Isaiah. My love, my dear sweet Isaiah! This man was perfection in all sense of the world. He had so much love inside of him, so much hurt and wounds that were stopping him from giving his heart away completely... My lower lip hurts because I was biting it so hard the entire time reading how this man fell absolutely in love with Nina and the kids.

"I love her with every piece of me. I've taken my heart out and given it to her and yet I've never felt so whole."

He had so much to give but so much fear, it was heartwarming and sweet to see him giving his all to prove how worthy he was of Nina's love and trust. He had a heart of service not only for Nina but for others too, he definitely deserved to be the father of Nina's baby after so much heartache and disappointment in his love life. His inner dialogue was one of my favorite things, I could see his doubts, hesitations, fears and insecurities so clearly, made me root for him all the way as he had to make tough decisions and risks that put him in very difficult situations, but his sweet heart of gold always knew what to do, and that led to such beautiful and romantic gestures that made me melt!

The are so many aspects of their relationship and the story overall that I love, but one that stood out the most to me was how hilarious it was, I'm so impressed with how beautifully Natasha made the switch from the suspense of book one to an amazing rom com as this! It was so fitting to Nina and Isaiah's personality and relationship. They had such a great chemistry together, not only because of the connection they experienced while getting ready to have a baby or the amazing sexy times they had, but also because their relationship was so fun and natural.

Their interactions and dialogue were written so well that I could feel the comfort and ease they had around one another. Even when things got hard between them and they had to face their own demons and insecurities, they still had this family vibe around them because that's what they were from the very start, the real, loving family Nina and the kids needed and the one Isaiah wanted and thought he had lost. That emotional aspect plus the laugh out loud moments (I've said this many times, it's so hard for me to laugh with books, this one made me crack up hard several times) made the perfect blend for Nina and Isaiah to have an amazing journey that made their happy ever after absolutely worth the wait for both of them and the kids. Believe me, I shed a couple of tears the first time I read the ending because it's an ending that belongs in a movie!

I need to mention how much I loved Jada and Logan, these two kids were the sweetest in the world! They broke my heart and pieced it back together several times, they had gone through so much heartache. I loved how real and pure they were and how naturally they fitted with Isaiah as a family. The way they welcomed him with open arms to their lives was to die for! They needed him as much as he needed them and the true love they shared was the most emotional aspect of this story that made the romance stand out even more!

I also loved to read every stage of the pregnancy, it was a different kind of swoon and connection seeing them sharing all of these moments while seeing their little bean grow and strengthening their bond and also their bond as a family. There are so many sweet pieces of dialogue and little details around this that made me let out tiny little squeals and my heart flutter. Believe me when I tell you this was one of the most perfect surprise pregnancy romance I've ever read!

The anticipation and intrigue for book 3 is out of this world to the point of being needy!

The feelings I have for this beautiful are so many and so strong, I feel lucky to have read it a couple of months ago and now again as an ARC. My girl, Natasha Bishop is an talented writer, a beautiful storyteller and knows the perfect formula to make my heart jump with every single detail! I can't wait to see what she has in store for us.

I love that this book is totally different than the first but still similar. It’s not a suspense so we get down to what haunts our MMC fairly quickly but it’s still a second chance at love him. The FMC is very much still bada$$ but way more in your face about it. Nina knows she looks good and isn’t modest at all and I love it. Isaiah is a jokester amplified by betrayal. Surprise, we have a surprise baby after one-night stand (SOD). LB is just what Isaiah needed to mature some. Of course, there are amazing supporting characters and the banter between the two MCs is great. For me it wasn’t as exciting as the first book but still a good read!

When I tell y’all I bust out laughing when he was singing Katy Perry. The reason behind Monica’s actions were mehhhhhhh, I think it was just an excuse to be a sh!tty person. I also love the references to the gifs exchanged in text messages that most of us are familiar with. It’s a great touch of comedy. The Christmas gifts were so amazing and thoughtful.

The book is well written. The author also does a great job at dropping hints and clues of what’s to come in the next book, without taking away from the current story.

1- I am not a fan of the accidental pregnancy trope, but this was done really well; the MCs were already attracted to each other and responsible while having sex.

2- Far better than book 1; I can see the evolution of the writing style and the characters are more well developed.
