I always describe Freida McFadden's writing as junk food for the brain. It's so bad, it's good. They're just too hard to resist reading and theyre so quick, too. They usually take my by surprise but I have read enough of her books that I kinda guessed everything in this book correctly, so the plot twist didn't feel so crazy.

The perfect pace, and the perfect ending!! The ending was so satisfying, my god, I was smiling. Honestly, Millie and Nina were such girlbosses and I was rooting for them all the way.

I should have trusted the process...

I was hesitant to start this book believing it wasnt for me as I had naively judged the book on its cover.

I found the first part slower paced, but as soon as it reached part two and the perspective changed I was in absolutely hooked and I couldn't put the book down. I should have trusted the process as Freida hasn't let me down yet and I have loved everything I've read so far. Looking forward to the rest of the series now.
