What a rollercoaster this book is! Wolf and Fawn…their backstory hooked me from the beginning. Their second meeting was a set-up by Wolf…but why? And the secrets they both have! Can’t wait to get some answers in the next book!

Didn’t know this wasn’t a stand-alone so I didn’t read any of the others. Liked the idea, but could have been written better.

Having to wait for this book and then reading it, it did not disappoint. The wait this book ended was not expecting it. I was like "NO WAY!!!!"
The back and forth, the push and pull and me wondering what's gonna happen next and I still feel that way.
I am definitely looking forward to the next book.

Eden O'Neill never keeps anything simple when it comes to the Court Legacy families and she always brings the heat and Wolf is a mess in this book. He's made Fawn his submissive of sorts but this girl is not about being told what to do, however blackmail can get you what you want and it gets Wolf want he wants from Fawn - a fake girlfriend. Why Fawn? These two have history. Wolf needs to get his family to believe he's completely fine after the last year, and Fawn owes him a debt in his mind.

The intensity, the push and pull, the extreme love/hate going on between these two keeps the book moving. They eventually open up and share some of the most intimate details of their lives with each other, but reality gets a little too real for Wolf. Fawn, never one to mince words leaves him with a heavy dose of reality that lingers. As with each member before, this ends on a cliffie, but not so much to sway you from reading, but more like a dum, dum, dum...WTF!?

Fawn is the PERFECT addition to the Legacy crew. She gives as good as she gets and she fits right in. Wolf went back to the old Wolf from the early books of Dorian and Sloan, which is the Wolf I didn't care for, but I know now that's his "protection mode" default setting. Seeing Thatcher and Wells still being themselves reminded me that some things never change. I can't wait to see what direction this is headed... Bring it on Ms. O'Neill!!

Check the CW/TW before reading.

Absolutely loved it. It kept my attention through the entire thing. It was very well written and the attention to detail was greatly appreciated!
