Ok I’m liking how azriel has opened up more. Bro and the fact that Feyre saw the little boy (the bone carver)
who is gonna be her son.
I have no idea what amren is and honestly she’s so hot. Like extremely. And her and nesta??? Literally diabolical, actually going to destroy this world.

Ok I finished it and wow. Just wow.
Amren was unleashed which was beautiful. She killed every Hybren soldier in her path. Amazing. But the cauldron wasn’t in great shape they had to fix it and then Rhysand died. Bro so did their dad. The bone carver and the weaver.
Genuinely so sad. Braxis also escaped. Funny fellow. I loved those 3 together.
Why does Cassian always have to be crawling to someone?
Cant he ever be happy?
I also genuinely thought nesta was about to lose her mind, the head scene??? I wonder if her powers were taken like Amren’s.
Mor bro MOR. She’s gay and I love that for her.

So is Helion, bro I hope the lady of autumn and him reconcile. Like physically and literally. Because Beron is a complete dick
I’m so upset that no one’s telling Lucien that he’s actually his father and not beron??? Like he should know. And when Feyre and Rhysand made the bargain that they’d die together
😭😭😭😭 dead, literally pun intended

This book made me feel a lot of emotions and i never felt so much while reading a book, until now. The writing is so good!!
I never really cried while reading a book but when Rhys died, my gosh, i cried. I felt every emotion Feyre felt at that moment.

This book was a great addition to Sarah J Maas’ series. I wasn’t sure how much I would like reading about war, but the small storylines woven into it made it an amazing read. I was also very intrigued by the massive amount of character development in many of the people in the story. There were a lot of names to remember, but I think that the story was well written that every single character had an important part in shaping the ending of the book, even if it may not have ended in their favor. I especially appreciated when
Tamlin finally let go of Feyre and accepted that he was not going to have her back. It was very honorable for him to save Rhysand for her. He could have easily let him die, but honestly, I don’t know if he would have. Everyone was staring at him and everyone else had helped. Maybe it was for his own benefit? Who knows. I also was sad that their father was not as much of an important character up until his death. I feel like he was used behind the scenes because he was an ‘extra’ that needed to do something. I do feel like his role was valuable, but the way his character was given no story time was kind of sad, when he had such a big role in how the end came about
. Overall, this was a fantastic book and I can’t wait to read the next one, which I have already purchased! Woohoo!

I enjoyed this book, though Maas’ writing style is full of sentence fragments and unnecessary em dashes.
