A perfect end! I am sad that it's over.I feel like I am coming back to reality now. I have been stalking Brooke the whole time during the first three books. Lol I bet she will be tired seeing me in her all her posts commenting!She is pretty amazing. My heart was pounding the whole time I was reading because I was so excited to know what will happen. I willed myself to slow down but I couldn't. Damn it. I one-clicked this as soon as I saw it's live and called my dad to say whether you go broke with my one-clicking habit but I AM BUYING THIS BOOK!! He told I have bought this last month why am i buying this again. Hehe dad..Same name but different book! I knew he was shaking his head but he gave in!!I think I going to make a scrapbook for the The Intern series and keep it with myself. YES I AM MAD and I want to do everything to keep this series in my heart and you know I am going to read Brooke's all her books......YAYAYAYAY BIG FAN HERE. If you haven't picked up this series Please..I beg you...Please PICK IT UP. If you like romance,hot sexy CEO and fierce heroine and lots and lots of hot, steamy scenes you WILL LOVE IT. If you love Forbidden Romance. You will love it. If you love being on edge you will love it!!!

I loved this series so much! This was the absolute perfect ending to the series. It was fantastic! I love Bentley and Cici and after volume 2 I was really worried about how this story could be wrapped up and give me the ending I wanted but Brooke Cumberland nailed this - the ending was awesome and unexpected! So good! Highly recommend this series!!! It's sexy, hot, mysterious and has a little angst! Fantastic!!!!!

This was a little slow getting started. I was worried I wouldn't get answers to questions by the end, but everything wrapped up nicely.

Plot: C-
The mystery of the other books is gone. Cecilia, after all of these years gave up on trying to find her father's murderer. There are no real plot developments regarding that. I liked the other books because she was investigating her father's murder. That's what made this different. And add in the fact that Bentley is heir to the company that could help her...but all of that goes away. The investigation, the company, all of it. It turns into another mediocre book that you can find anywhere else, and the spark was extinguished. AND once the murder IS figured out it was a great big letdown. She didn't figure it out, she was told to her after YEARS of her jusst waiting after she starts investigating. No person was brought to justice. It didn't help the company. Nothing.
Characters: D
Nothing special about Cecelia and Bentley in this story. The spunk and ballsiness is gone from Cecelia. And the dominant man is gone out of Bentley. This got a D because it was implied that though Cecelia had moved on by getting a boyfriend, she hadn't slept with anyone else during their separation. Not implied for Bentley, in fact he says he needs to go find a hookup. Not a big fan if the girl holding out while the guy does whatever.
Heat: C
Nothing special, the few scenes lacked the heat of the others books, and the chemistry wasn't there. The forbidden.
Overall the elements that made the first two parts if the story awesome were missing, so this book was disappointing.

This is the 3rd and final part of the series. I liked it better than the second part. It was nicely done and kept me interested and couldn’t wait to see what would happen for them. We get to experience the ups and downs they both experience and how they grow throughout the last part of the series.

The story continues in the Intern number 3, with all hell breaking loose and Bentley reacts harshly to Ceci's betrayal. These two loose everything they had and more after that. The book continues to take us on a journey through their lives the next few years. And I won't say more because it will give to much away.
I love this one! It was really good. We see Bentley and Ceci both suffer through guilt and more with all the twist this story throws at us. I felt so bad for both of them. But it was also really nice to see them both grow and become more mature because of everything they had been through. I loved Bentley in this one, he was amazing. And the end was just super spectacular, it couldn't have been better!
