Wasn't for me. Very specific to managers and not just anyone in their first 90 days of a new job.

I learned a thing or two, but basically: don't be a dickhead, listen to the people in your new team, ask a bunch of open questions, align with your manager on what success would mean and ask for people's opinions before you make drastic changes... was expecting more!
