4.04 AVERAGE

This is my second time reading it and I still love it. Certain parts really hit home. Gaiman's words sometimes take an understanding that's below the surface. It stirs up subconscious in a profound way.

Award winner, cool cover, cool story (in theory) I wasted some of my life reading this piece of garbage. The only thing saving it from one star is that it was a short enough book I did not have to waste even more of my life reading it.

I love Neil Gaiman. This book was beautiful and sad and too short. I finished it way too quickly and now I feel as if I am the one with a hole in my heart.

Wow- what a great fairytale! Neil Gaiman has a gift to invoke the terror of old legends with a very modern sense of style. His books weave together a mix of nostalgia, wickedness, coming of age, and wonderment that fills the heart of the reader and leaves them with a very memorable tale.

Absolutely worth reading and would highly recommend to friends.

Creepy. We all remember something strange, horrific , and of the nether from our childhood don't we?
