As predictable as Emily Henry’s books are, I couldn’t help crying when Charlie met Nora at the bookshop on her mums birthday and told her Libby was taking over the bookshop so he could come and live with her in New York. I found the characters annoying at times but just like Libby, I’m a sucker for a love story.

LOVED this book. The banter 10/10, the sisterhood 10/10, the plot 10/10, the jokes 10/10. I was giggling, kicking my feet, laughing out loud throughout my read of this book. Emily Henry needs her kudos for real. Charlie was loveable from the get-go. Nora was so so relatable and I understood what fueled her drive. Libby was hilarious. I have already reread the book in the time between finishing it the first time and writing this review. Definitely my favorite book of 2025 so far

The only thing I can truly say is that I loved this one! I don’t remember a lot about it other than I was obsessed with it.

The book started out a little slow for me.
Definitely worth the read. Very cute story
