It is a truth universally acknowledged that the best romance trope is enemies to lovers. The best part of enemies to lovers is the sassy/witty banter between the two. Henry is the best at the best part of the best trope.
I audibly screamed numerous times from pure happiness from this book.
negatives
- The use of the word "sissy" to refer to one's sister
positives
- Everything else

This was the second Emily Henry book I've read and I enjoyed it much more than the first.
The story is about Nora who is happy with her life in New York where she is a literary agent. Her sister begs her to go on a vacation to a small town and Nora has a feeling that her little sister really needs to do this so she agrees.
The small town is not what they expected and there Nora runs into a grumpy editor named Charlie who she knows from New York.
This book is so much more than the main characters romance. It's about family and discovering what is most important to you in life.
I will definitely read more books by Emily Henry after this one.
