WHAT.

All I have to say, is that this would have been better if it weren’t a retelling of Pride and Prejudice. If it were simply it’s own stand alone story, I would have rated it better. Do I regret reading it? Not really, reading is healthy. Do I regret going in with high(er) expectations? Absolutely.

This book was such a delight! It was beautifully written and the new point of view it brought was very interesting. I guess I'll never see Pride and Prejudice the same way from now.
