Ok, I'm gonna be honest. I don't like this book at all. So many people were like its such a good romance. Um, its weird and freaky. Its an age-gap romance which I wasn't aware of and his nicknames for her are kinda freaky to me. He calls her "my little friend" and
when he proposes to her, he calls her "my soon-to-be girl-bride". I knowthis was more of a common thing at the time this book was writen but they also often say things like "he's old enough to be your father". HE SOUNDS LIKE A PETIFILE. Also, MR. ROCHESTER IS A MARRIED AND HIS WIFE STILL LIVES IN THE HOUSE. I DON'T CARE THAT SHE'S INSANE, HE IS LITERALLY CHEATING ON HIS WIFE WHILE SHE IS AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!
I just really didn't like this book, won't recommend it.

Ok sooo it’s a wonderfully written book and the author is definitely talented. However, the story itself didn’t end up being my cup of tea. Rooting for the main character was super easy but her ending was not the one I was hoping for.
