I'm so glad Grant didn't kill all the characters I care about in this series.

As usual, Mira Grant knocks it out of the park. A perfect ending to a wonderful trilogy.

Don't go out alone.

And just like that, the journey is over. I did enjoy this trilogy. I think the Newsflesh series has captivated me more but this was still enjoyable nonetheless. I do have to commend Mira Grant for writing horror novels that aren't the traditional zombie fare. I cannot wait to see what else she writes.

Definitely enjoyed this conclusion. Wish the ending hadn't felt so rushed. But it did wrap up and I'm going to continue to read her books.

This series wasn't as good as her Feed series but it was still good.

A very satisfying conclusion to this excellently bizarre but ironically human trilogy.

Terrible. I adore Mira Grant and have read almost everything she's published, this is my least favourite of them all. While the concept was interesting the characters were too shallow to be believed, Sal was annoying naive and passive and I couldn't see the appeal in Nathan or what he saw in her. This series really didn't need to be extended into a trilogy, the entire last two novels consisted of Sal simply being captured and passed along group by group, somehow miraculously escaping and the entire cycle starting again.

I had such a fun time reading this series and I’m so incredibly sad that I think I’m officially all caught up on Mira Grant’s horror books. 💔 I want more! I love so many of the characters she creates and her books are impossible to put down. Gah. I’m really really going to miss spending time with Sal. 😭

Here we go, book three. Just read it. Literally the perfect ending, in my opinion.

I thought the plot circled back to the same factions and places a little too often, but other than that I really liked this book as a very satisfying conclusion to the trilogy. I love how Sal has developed throughout the series, and especially in the latter half of this book. It's been wonderful to see her come into her own and actually stand up for herself and for her own ideas. Also, the dogs are okay, so everything's good.
