really sweet story! nice fast pace too! i love stories with a parent and kid on the run...
pitfall was it felt too quick (graphic novels tend to be like that...:| but also i cannot even fathom drawing that much so it's probably a good length)

The overall story was just meh for me. The art style was cute but the storyline felt a little lacking, especially the ending. I wish it was longer so more the storyline could develop. I did think the relationship between the kid and the main character was touching it would have been nice to see more of their earlier childhood.

This was lovely, though not at all what I was expecting - I thought this would feature more of the actual heist, but it's really about the fallout of the crime and the relationship of April/May and Eugene. It's a very nice story that contrasts sharply with the extreme violence, which again contrasts with the very simple traditional art style. There's also a handful of surprising Lonesome Dove references.
