T loves the book. Of course it misrepresents school and invalidates children's feelings, but she wants to hear it over and over again.
I love Llama Llama books! Such sweet rhyming text paired with even sweeter illustrations make me want to find a little toddler to cuddle up next to me and read these aloud! In this one, Llama Llama starts school and misses Mama terribly. This would be a great one to read aloud to youngsters who are preparing for their first day of school.
I love this series. Llama Llama reminds me of so many kids I know. This is a super sweet book that kids who go to preschool or daycare will relate to.
