A marathon of a book with some truly great moments but also SO MANY characters and a good amount of parts that washed over me. Might’ve benefitted from reading in a class or book club

The characters and story are so well done. Dostoevsky yaps too much sometimes though.

Romanzo avvincente, a tratti surreale.

beauty will save the world

so says mr hopelessly naive prince that made me sad.

Felt like an idiot while reading, but mostly because I'm illiterate, and towards the end just (pre-existing ✌️ tehe) depression caused by yearning for a better future much like the prince's experience.

Starting rock-bottom this year.
