I was hoping there would be more recipes that weren't already in their videos, but I still saved a ton to try. Might make the mezze cake for my birthday party!

Easy to make recipes paired with lovely photographs. However, some of the instructions and ingredients for the recipes were unclear. Recipes I enjoyed most were the panko coated shiitake mushrooms, herbed cashew cheese, and the red cabbage coleslaw.

This is a very good cookbook, especially for vegetarians. As one of the authors posits in the intro, there is a long history of cooking meat with the veggies as an afterthought or supplement. Now that plant based food is coming up there is time to focus and develop that which was relatively neglected. This cookbook does just that by presenting a wide range of creative, tasteful and exciting plant based dishes. Most of the recipies presented are on my to make list. Thank you for this great book!

This book makes being vegan look cool! The recipes look amazing. I've not cooked any yet, but plan to. The instructions are well laid out and there's photos for everything! Very impressed by this book - would make a great Christmas present.
