Murderbot is one of my new favorite characters now. I LOVED it, but felt it should have been longer. Felt character’s individual moment to shine, story moments, and build up to moments should have been more to them. Absolutely will be continuing the series.

This book was so much fun! I really enjoyed Murderbot‘s internal monologue & their interactions with the crew. As an anxious, autistic, non-binary introvert who loves media, this character is best friend shaped. The plot was sparse but good for a novella. I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

This is the embodiment of everything I want in a book. Non-human person protagonist, very relatable social anxiety, dry humor, evil corporations and some great action sequences! The ending is so perfect- I teared up a little reading it.
