This book was enjoyable but didn't blow me away.... Both the characters and story line for me was mediocre, it had some nice aspects, but some things seemed to progress and happen without much explanation.

Natalie and Zach seem to have an extremely passionate relationship, while falling for each other, even though they start off as enemies.

If you like a bit of light fluff its an easy read, and the author writes beautifully.

Zach and Natalie's story was an unexpected, yet, enjoyable read.
The friction between the two characters was just right—enough to create a burn—and while their circumstances were unusual I enjoyed their dynamics.

Zach started out cold and calculating but the innocent and naive Natalie eventually thawed him out.
I enjoyed watching Natalie blossom under Zach's care and praise and although he could sometimes be rather harsh, he was protective of her in a way she had never experienced.

Watching their relationship change really enjoyable to read. Seeing the internal struggle waging in Zach's head was the best part.
I admired his attempt to try—oh, how he tried—to keep his stony facade up and the space between them wide, but Natalie's timidness and her inexperience called to everything in him, and in the end, he was too selfish to resist.

The last few chapters had me devouring the pages like a starving person, they were intense, emotional and jam-packed with uncertainty and violence.

The epilogue was a nice touch.

Billionaire drama romances are just not my cup of tea and that’s okay.

This was a fantastic read and I really enjoyed it.

When Zach’s enemy offers him his daughters hand in marriage, although hesitant Zach agrees and plans to use his new wife Natalie to destroy her father. He has preconceived ideas about the type of person Natalie is and that causes him to be cruel and callous towards her. However as he starts to realise he was wrong about her the story and his character change dramatically.

What follows is a beautiful story of exploration- both emotionally and sexually as both Natalie and Zach male discoveries about themselves and their pasts.

Filled with beautiful spice, heartbreak, hurt, revenge and love this book had it all.

This was an interesting concept. I think the emotions could have been portrayed a bit more strongly, but overall, I liked it. I'm a fan of revenge plots that end up in love, so this definitely interested me. I also liked that we got to read from both characters' POV instead of just one. That was another positive aspect of this book.

I did love the character development in the book though. The way the main leads slowly learned to trust each other and developed feelings for one another was sweet.

Thanks to Booksprout for a copy of this book.
