I usually stay away from regency England books because I find them stuffy. However I love the Netflix series so I figured I’d check it out. I’d say it was enjoyable. Nothing too spicy (there were 2 scenes I think?) and minimal romance (no, agreeing to marry someone so you don’t get shot isn’t romantic). But I also knew these going in so I wasn’t very bothered.
