Well this trilogy was a world wind of emotions. This final book definitely makes you feel it all. Anxiety, sadness, anger, joy, and confusion. This was beautifully written. I read all three books back to back without losing interest once (very rare). Not as many steamy scenes, but I appreciated it. There was a lot more storytelling.
I love that Jericho finally gets his peace and Indy decides to be the bigger person and fight for the love she deserves.
If you didn't already know so there is an 'bonus' scene at the end of the book. I love being able to see them 5 years down the road. Being able to see have the insight on how their family life works is great.

This was my favorite of the series.
I thoroughly enjoyed the smut, the characters really grew on me, and so did their relationship.
In all honesty though I do not feel this needed to be 3 books though. Everything could've been combined into one book and that way all of the abrupt endings wouldn't be necessary.

I liked the characters and the general story line, but I found myself rolling my eyes a lot at the plot twists and wishing the story would move along faster.
Unfortunately, as the series wrapped up I found myself with a few glaring issues that hindered my enjoyment. Specifically the fact that Indy being drugged and assaulted by de Vere years ago never was addressed fully but in the end de Vere is painted as a sympathetic character. I also wasn't a fan of Jericho acting like a little bitch and leaving Indy all on the say so of a man Indy doesn't know and turning down the contract anyway. Seems like a lot of pain for zero reason.
I will say I didn't see the twist coming but it lacked any punch becauseDorsey had so few scenes that I didn't feel invested in her and therefore the "betrayal" wasn't impactful .

Whaaaaaat!!!! *standing ovation*
I did not see that end coming!!
I think this may be my favorite ending to one of Meghan March's trilogies to date. Action packed, swoony, surprisingly emotional and incredibly sexy, Heart of the Devil was everything!! It took me on the wildest ride. I was so messed up with the way Luck of Devil ended that I actively counted down the days until I had Heart in my hands. I hadn't been this desperate for answers in a long time. Let me tell you. Meghan March delivers in a big, heart pounding way.
This book, more than the other two books, put my emotions through the dang wringer. I loved Indy and Jericho so dang much that I felt everything they felt. Gah! This book was so good. My obsession for this couple has only multiplied.
This book...this series...is everything I love about suspenseful romance. Meghan March has absolutely mastered this genre. Get ready to fall in love with Jericho Forge all over again.

This one was definitely my favorite although I wanted to smack Jericho and Indi both at times.
Reread October 2020
Definitely the best of the three.

A beautiful conclusion to this trilogy. My heart was racing, I had tears in my eyes and a big silly grin on my face throughout the book Jericho Forge is everything and India Baptiste is so fierce! I think they need a ship name Fordy, Foriste, Indicho? I will love them always
