⭐️ 4.5 "Indy and Jericho Forever" Stars ⭐️
I’ve been obsessed with Jericho and Indy’s gripping romance since Deal with the Devil. Heart of the Devil is an impeccable conclusion to the outstanding Forge Trilogy. Meghan March once again delivers an exhilarating story with pieces of heartache, hotness, devotion and heart-warming feelings!!!
"She's a siren, and I'm a sailor she's trying to lure in. I've never wrecked a ship, but she could tempt me to do anything."
The intrigue starts right where Luck of the Devil finished and transports the reader on a crazy ride that brings new surprizing developments. Shocking revelations and poignant moments are predominant in this fast-paced romantic suspense.
Jericho shows once again why he’s so irresistible and my favorite March’s hero. The way he feels about Indy is so obvious through his actions and it made me all giddy with happiness! He’s pitiless and cold, but for Indy is heart is exposed and vulnerable. There’s nothing he wouldn’t do to protect his "Ace". I already had a huge girl crush on Indy, but after this read I’m even more amazed by this woman. Her love for Jericho brings a fearless and determined facet of her! She goes through great lengths for the man she loves and it’s noteworthy.
I must say that I felt we didn’t get enough Jericho and Indy time as I wanted. A good portion of the book this couple is separated by unforeseen situations, so the few moments they share are even more precious! Their passion and chemistry is still as magnificent as ever. I would have loved to get a resolution to the intrigue more developed. I felt it was too rushed, but still every question was answered.
"That's what you get. Every heartbeat. Every fucking breath. Everything I am and everything I have is yours."
The Forge Trilogy left me overwhelm with powerful feelings! Meghan March truly signed her best series yet! I won’t forget Jericho and Indy Forge anytime soon! They are an entrancing and power couple you need to meet!

I had SUPER HIGH hopes for this book and Jericho. Maybe they were too high, Mount high. I just couldn’t get into this one at all.
ACK!!! PERFECT!!! What an amazing end to this trilogy! I just Love Jericho Forge, the good, the bad and the sexy! I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure out who was behind all of the kidnappings, killings and down right dirty stuff that happened with Jericho and Indy.... Well, every guess I had was WRONG!!!
Finished in less than 4 hours, had to know. You will NOT be disappointed. PROMISE!!

Pet peeve: Woman who's a world class poker player and strategist, talking to a man she knows is deceitful and obsessed with strategy at all times, taking what he says at face value without considering obvious possible motives.
I know it's weird that that's the thing to jump the shark for me, but I can extend my suspension of disbelief a long way. I just want consistency.

Wasn't my favourite ending to a Meghan March series.
I felt like maybe it didn't really work for me... The whole time we are lead to believe its Bastien then BAM its randomly his friend (who he has been friends with for 15yrs and close enough to learn his native language) and a random employee... For me it just didnt work... This was all revealed in one of the last chapters... Felt rushed.
Anyway, i love Meghan's books, just this ending wasn't my favourite.
