I liked the cozy, bookish atmosphere of Somethin New at the Borrow a Bookshop. The charming seaside setting and the idea of temporarily running a bookshop made for a comforting escape. The small-town vibes were endearing, and I enjoyed the sense of community among the characters. While the plot was predictable, it had sweet, heartwarming moments that made it an easy, feel-good read-but not particularly memorable.

I thoroughly enjoyed this fun, easy to read women's fiction/romance book.

Joy Foley and her daughter Radia Pearl arrive in Clove Lore to rent the Borrow-a-Bookshop, and help it recover from the winter flood. Monty Bickleigh helps Joy to settle in, and they get on well together, forming a friendship, and perhaps a bit more.

This is a lovely, uplifting read, and I loved the settings, the characters, and the bookshop, as well as the beautiful cover. This is book 3 in a series, all of which are wonderful, and highly recommended!
