The way I just kept crying with every sad, angry and wholesome moment. Kelsie, girl, give a break. I've never been a fan of the fuck buddies plot, because it's always messy and I'm not the type of person who could have that type of relationship. However, from moment one I knew my boy Henry was putting on the "yeah sure, whatever arrangement you want" mask on, when in reality he was thinking "I'm gonna marry this girl, bro".
And, indeed, he did.

Also, the dog plot hit a little too close to home, since I lost my dog a few months ago and I just could FEEL what Mia was going through. I really liked her character development and her character in general. I'm so happy she got a happy ending.

The only thing that I was feeling not so great about was the possessiveness, which I already commented on the last book I read. I think sometimes it's a bit excessive, I don't know.

More things...
The fourth book. Yes, I know there is one book before this one (Let Me Love You) that I haven't read and... honestly? I doubt I ever will. Because... why are we just creating a kid out of NOWHERE when the book of Colt and Ashlyn was ten springs ago? No, thanks. I think I'm gonna pass on that one. It's just too unhinged for me. Maybe some day when I'm feeling delulu enough I'll read it. For now, I'll just pretend THIS is the fourth book and Jaxon existed all along, since day one.
AND THE NEXT GENERATION SERIES? THE SNEAK PEEK OF A LITTLE COMPLICATED? Kelsie, you like messy... And I'm here for it. DROP THAT ONE, PLEAAAASE. Also, I guessed the name of Mystery Man just with those three letters and then I went to look up the sinopsis of the book and I WAS RIGHT. I love it when I'm right.
