Takane and Hana come upon a challenge in this volume—Hana gets to go with Takane to a work event, where she's supposed to be her older sister, because that's who his father thinks he's dating. They go shopping, trying to find something to make her look older. But at the party, she realizes what their age difference could mean for him if it's found out. It bothers her for a little bit, until Takane confronts her about it.
After that, we get someone from Takane's past. Nicola seems like a good guy, but also has some questionable intentions. I like where it's going near the end, and so I think the cliffhanger will be resolved nicely in the next one.
This is a really fun series. I like how competitive Takane and Hana get with each other, but how clearly they like each other. Even with the age difference, they seem very similar and get along really well.
A review copy was provided by the publisher, VIZ Media, for an honest review. Thank you so, so much!

A marriage meeting gone wrong pits an immature billionaire heir up against a feisty high school student. It’s a rom-com battle of the wills, with grin worthy moments & the underpinnings of something entirely sweet.
Cute story, plenty of silly banter with a sprinkling of serious little moments propel this story along. An age gap trope that takes a backseat, and a shojo that sees nearly none of the typical fawning, flirting or naivety from either character.
The art style is more slapstick comedic than your typical shojo, as well. 3.5 stars for a series I plan to continue to the end.

I really love this manga but the age gap grossed me out. I love everything else though.

I like it, but it's still so hard for me to get over the age gap. I like the banter between the characters and both of their stubbornness. The characters are what keep me reading. The story just feels so wrong sometimes though! So conflicted!

I devoured the series over the course of a couple of months. Took a little longer than I hoped because a few of them decided to take forever from Amazon. Hana ends up roped into taking her older sisters place in a marriage match never expecting that anything would come from it. Instead a we get a very sweet comical whirlwind romance between her and Takane.
I ended up reading the first one and instantly ordering the rest of them it's such a cute series kind of a enemies to lover romance between them. I loved Hana she's an adorable character and I think because of her I'm going to do bubblegum pink hair next. Each manga has the pair growing as characters. Takane had a lot of growing to do but he get's there eventually.
The artwork is as equally lovely as the story. I was captivated right from the start and fell in love with Hana and Takane's story. This is one of my favorite series that I'm so glad I purchased the set. They will always have a special place on my bookshelf and I know they will get some re-reads as I wasn't ready to say goodbye just yet. I plan to read the authors other manga as I loved this one so much. Highly recommend a perfect sweet romance.
