It’s like this book was supposed to be about Charlie but then veered off course just to talk about Wes and Liz. And sooo much foreshadowing, it’s ridiculous. I read this second, after Better Than the Movies, and wish I just skipped it entirely. This book just foreshadows what happened in Better Than the Movies just without all the filler information.

I really enjoyed reading this short story which gave a glimpse of Bailey, Charlie, Wes and Liz when they were younger and it was literally the cutest thing EVER!!! I loved how we got a chapter in each character’s pov because I adore them all so much.

38 pages of pure awesomeness and just plain fun. I chuckled out loud many times as I read this at the ball field and spectators looked at me very oddly... many times. And did you know this is a predecessor to not only but two of the author’s book-I did not know this and now I need to know the characters’ full stories.
