To be honest, I really struggled to get through this book. Not sure - not my vibe!

The book was cute but it also was predictable. I did get teary eyed towards the end anyway.

i’ve seen this recommended everywhere, and tbh it was a bit of a disappointment. the discussions it had on death and grief were profound, and i did tear up at times, but the middle section dragged a lot. and the author has an obsession with having every character describe something as wicked. like ‘wicked hot’ or ‘wicked smart’.
a good and moving novel, but only if you push yourself through those middle chapters.

If you want to cry--read this. I don't meant tearing up a bit, I mean full blown sobbing with puffy eyes. Unfortunately I thought that's all this book was trying to do. The non-sad parts were quite boring, but the sad parts absolutely evoked REAL emotions. This was a hard one for me to rate, so I settled with 3 stars. Now that it's been 4 months since I read it, I still remember pretty much everything, so that says something.
