This book was really sweet. I loved the friendships that Callie gained during her time in Paris. The references to all the food they ate made me really hungry as well! I need to go to Paris now and eat everything they ate.

It was based in 2000 so there wasn’t so much social media and accessible phones so it was nice to reminisce on those times. Especially when you’re looking for someone in a big city and you can’t find them!

The full book was really heartwarming and Callie deserved the perfect ending ❤️

This book was a beautiful nod to the city of Paris.  The love our MC Callie had for the city was undeniable and felt in every way she spoke about it and the 6 months she spent there following an unexpected brakeup. You could feel the emotion in her as she spends her last 4 days in Paris before going home and the connection she has with her two best friends Lila and Emilie.
We also in these last 4 days follow Callie as she meets and falls hard for Emilie's brother Julien.

Unfortunately for me the romance part fell a little flat and unbelievable.  I felt like all the time they had together was mostly them talking about the city or her miscommunicating. I would have loved to have more insight into Julians character so that I could understand what made them click.
All in all it was a sweet book that I enjoyed.
Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher and author for an advance copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I feel like we got to read more about Callie and her friendship with Emilie and lila than we did about her relationship with Julien. Because the entire book happens in a couple of days I would have liked to read a little more about them. When they did get to spent time together I felt like I was learning more about Paris than about the characters.

Even with that I was still rooting for them. There was an intense connection between Julien and Callie from the moment they met. The relationship was rushed because they only had 4 days before she went back to the states but it didn't feel rushed. They were able to talk and hang out and just get closer to each other. The relationship was very sweet. Both characters just seem perfect for each other. The story flowed really well yes they did have ups and downs but they knew it was real love, and u don't let that get away.

If ur looking for a really sweet book this one is the one for you.

I received an advance review copy and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
