I had no expectations for this and was pleasantly surprised!! One of the girls is hard of hearing, and it focuses a lot on her struggles to connect with others, and because of that she’s built up a hard exterior. The other girl is the first in a long time who makes an effort to get to know her and it’s very cute 🥺 you can tell the author put a lot of thought and research into this story. Also, they cite their sources, at the end, which is awesome!!
