It was cute but such a typical romance. Didn't finish it.

It felt predictable.

This book is a really cute and quick read. I read it in a night. I really loved the 2 different perspectives both from the guy and girl main character. It did get confusing at time because their point of view was different most of the time. Her point of view was in the present while his was when they first met. it did get confusing a little bit.
It's a good book if you are wanting something light and easy to read this summer. The descriptions of the places and scenery did make me feel like I was there.

This book is incredibly boring. The only good parts are the descriptions of Barcelona and the cuisine.

I just can't finish it. I tried, I really did but it just drags on and on. The premise is great and I like the main character but I feel the story could have ended a lot sooner.

This was sweet, but also a little sad. They lived so many years apart (one of them married) due to lack of communication. And pig-headedness. I enjoyed where it ended up, but I dunno. It wasn't the most engaging story, and only a teensy bit of spice.

unreliable romance

Quick read, but the characters were inconsistent. The story jumps between now and 10 years ago, with each time and character’s perspective as the chapter titles, so it wasn’t hard to follow. I liked the setting. Closed door spice, miscommunication.

This book could have used one more pass form an editor. I don't think the author has met a disabled, obese or queer person in her life from the portrayal of characters in this book. Everyone goes through magical transformations into better self aware people because the main character has gone off on a two month business trip. I pushed through this book because I was curious where this was going to end. The ending is rushed and just wraps up with some ridiculous and impossible events.

Took a long time to finish as I could never get super invested in the characters. Nothing to really draw you into their lives and story, and it gets frustrating to read about constant communication issues. None of the characters had depth. Probably should’ve been a DNF, but I was hoping it would get better.
