Listened to the audiobook and the narrator was good so it kept me interested. It was okay right up to the ending, which was terrible! Also, as many others have said in their reviews -- the author was much too sympathetic to male killer/groomer.

This book was kind of boring, honestly. I like it spent time on details I didn't care about and skipped details that I wanted to know more about. There also seemed to be too many characters.

 Having picked this out of my TBR jar in May, it was about time I actually picked this up! This follows a series of brutal murders amongst a group of students, which is later named as "The Maidens" and we follow the investigation! This, overall, was a fast paced story, and I was intrigued to keep reading it, having read it within 48 hours! This was a quick and easy read! The only reason I couldn't rate it higher, was because the book went off on tangents that didn't add to the story, and I just found myself wanting to go back to original storyline! I would still recommend, it is a quick and easy thriller! 🥰
