I didn’t really like any of the characters, they didn’t get super developed and a lot of them were there for no reason. The dialogue seemed unrealistic and kinda cringey at times. The writing style is not my fave. But I’m giving it three stars because for some reason I needed to keep reading and find out what happened. Definitely entertaining, and the plot was rly good !!

És genial!
Una novel·la d'intriga, emoció i amb un punt de tragèdia grega. Amb bastants motius psicológics. Els capítuls curts i el vocabulari fàcil de llegir amb la gran dosi d'emocio fa que et quedis atrapat al llibre.

interesting twist, i was expecting the story to be straightforward like The Silent Patient. however…. i wish the plot twist went a different way😭 did a great job of following Marianna throughout her thought process and i wish it was written in first person for her. kind of love that he referenced the silent patient in this book subtly.

I’m sincerely torn about this book. I liked where it was going but the ending felt really rushed and left a lot of loose ends/tied them up too quickly. I felt like there were underdeveloped characters thrown haphazardly into the narrative to throw us off the scent of the killer. But it almost felt unnecessary cause the plot twist was so left field.

Was NOT expecting that ending at all! Complete twist and the whole story had me guessing. Gave me some great dark academia vibes as well.
