Short & Sweet.
I loved that Diana finally stood up for herself. It seemed fitting that the sister who was always pushed as the one who’d marry nobility evened up with the blacksmith. I loved Aaron, sweet dependable and capable Aaron. I wish this story had been longer but I’m so glad we got Diana’s HEA!

This is my favorite couple in the series! My only major criticism is that I wish we got to see more of her adapting to living within a different class. I wanted to see more of her interacting with his family and learning how to be a craftsman wife. The only part of this we really see is her trying and failing to cook, but this becomes a moot point at the end because they just hire a cook.

I wanted these two together so much and oh my god it filled my heart with so much joy. It was short and sweet but I felt like Diana deserved a longer book.

Knocking of a star because of the sentence. "She could almost feel her womb shiver" that has traumatised me and I will now need therapy
