i can't believe i waited so long to read this after devouring the first book. this did not disappoint and has the best closure. assassins, funny and lovable characters and a race against an evil power, this book has it all.

This book was amazing, the world building fantastic. But the will-they-won't-they shit gets on my nerves. The book would be significant shorter if the characters could just communicate, not even with just the romance, the whole plot would be simpler.
