A delightful story of a friendship between a dog and a crocodile, in which ultimately they realize how much they mean to each other.

A lovely Christmas story about Melrose and Croc. Both of the characters are lonely at Christmas, feeling disappointed about being by themselves. They bump into each other when ice skating and decide to spend Christmas together.
The story is told through two characters simultaneously, with their storylines overlapping through the book. At the end of the book, their stories come together as they spend Christmas at Melrose's house.
A nice read-aloud story for FS and KS1 children around Christmas time.
