Can I say how much I loved this series! The whole concept kept me reading, and let me tell you, I have never cried so hard over a book or series. Ever. This is definitely one of my top favorites, and will buy my own copies along with reading it over and over again.
Why I liked it:
It had a very unique idea and twist. I wasn't depressed the whole time like stories similar to it. It was heartwarming how much they tried to help their friend, Kakeru. I especially loved how the mangaka made you confused on what you want for their future. Of course, we want Kakeru to live, but what will happen to how they were in the alternate universe? Will Naho be married to Suwa? Will their child exist? Where will Kakeru be? What will he be doing? What will he look like? The list goes on....
The characters! I became so attached to each of them, and I couldn't decide who I shipped Naho with. I guess I will never know... I really like how unique they can be yet be the best of friends. I wish there was a bit more on Takako, Hagita, and Azu. I understand the focus was Naho and Kakeru, with a bit of Suwa, but the other three was a bit left out. My favorite character? It's a tie between Kakeru and Hagita. Hagita was hilarious with his straight forward attitude, but Kakeru was so precious and such a cinnamon roll! Trust me, you won't know who you like either.
I love that Kakeru's situation was a bit more realistic and made it more understandable. It even explained his thoughts on each event and what led him to do what he did. The chapter made me cry uncontrollably, yes, but it was wonderful and heart touching.
What I didn't...
The ending. I'm not saying it was rushed, because it definitely wasn't. However, I died wanting to know more. What will become of Kakeru!? How will it change Suwa and Naho's life!? I will never know, and that frustrates me much more than Bleach's ending. I will forever re-read the series, never knowing...
Overall, I absolutely loved every bit of it. The only thing I was upset about was that the ending...didn't answer as many questions as I wished. I sincerely hope the anime will reveal much more, like it did in Blue Exorcist. I want to know more! As much as I hate second series, I would immediately buy a book similar to this with different events and characters. I loved the idea so much.

had a very good time reading this manga (when i first read it) as it is definitely a tear-jerker, made you feel butterflies in the stomach and sadness, sense of relief, happiness, in the same time.
That ridiculous Bermuda triangle time traveling shit just broke everything I like about this series.
I don't really rate books based on feelings, but like I felt that.
