I liked the story, the premise, and the situation. The only thing that just annoyed me throughout the book was Serina’s need for CONSTANT reassurances. It seemed like it was almost every other page.

Baby Makes Three is the first story in the second spin off series from the original McKenzie Brothers Series. Which features the children of all five McKenzie brothers and starts with Sirena. Who is Lily and Michaels youngest daughter and it was enjoyable to read. It certainly kept me engaged from beginning to end and I found it hard to put down.

I also liked the two main characters Sirena and Garrett. Although I didn't necessarily feel they shared much chemistry or believed how quickly they fell in love. And if I'm honest I wasn't sure about the age gap in this one. As it is quite big, Garrett being only three years younger than Lily. But I did like how the author dealt with that, and by the end I had completely forgotten that Garrett was 24 years older than Sirena.

As for the actual story, it was sweet, easy to read. Had no angst and plenty of hot moments. But did at times feel rushed. There also wasn't much of an introduction to the cousins and I do wish there had been more of a link into the whole McKenzie family. As I felt a bit of a disconnect between these characters and the original ones.

That being said though I did think it was a good story, and I'm definitely looking forward to reading more from these characters in the future. I'm also very intrigued by the connection between Rachel and Alexander.

I would therefore happily recommend Baby Makes Three to others. Especially if you enjoyed the McKenzie Brothers Series. Or like a story that has an age gap romance and insta love.
