I bought this book for my 3 year old son because, he loves TMNT. Like many of the other reviewers, I was disappointed that this book was just an introduction to the characters. My son however, loved it. And isn't the point to get your child to pick up a book and be excited about it?

A bit too much exposition, making for a kind of text-heavy children's book. Supersaturated illustrations and a nice introduction to the characters, though.
