It was the ending of this book that saved it...
It took over 300 pages for me to start actually enjoying this book.
Here's to hoping the sequel will be better.
I should probably note that my enjoyment of this book (or lack thereof) was probably all down to me, and no fault should be placed on the book. It was actually quite good.

no esperaba mucho de este libro, pero me termino atrapando, se me hizo un poco largo y creepy en algunas partes, pero en general me gusto bastante y todos los giros de la trama, MUY BUENOS, muy recomendable para los fans de Alicia y la fantasia

Real rating is 4 and a half stars. Morpheus annoyed the shit out of me, but the love story between Jeb and Alyssa was cute. I liked the whole modern day twist on wonderland, and what really happened to Alice
1.5 stars? I did not like this book, but judging by its rating, lots of people did. If you like Alice in Wonderland and romance novels, this may be the book for you!
Young Adult fiction is a guilty pleasure and has been for a long time. Plus: Alice in Wonderland. I was fully prepared to love this book.
As it is, I thought it was kind of meh. It's VERY high-paced, which could be good, but there's hardly any tension buildup before it's already resolved. The romantic part is predictable and the concept has been used for a billion times already.
Plotwise, this reminded me of the Dark Swan series by Richelle Mead, but more... teeny.
Enjoyable enough, but there was so much more to explore in the idea and concept.
