Good and entertaining with a few really good lines but honestly was a little disappointed bc I hyped it up so much in my head. Reading it did make me think there were a lot of things I like better in the book but there were a lot of things I liked better in the show.

this book has truly changed my life.

these characters all feel so real to me. i can’t believe they don’t really exist. i wish i could hug daisy :( 

i can’t wait to watch the show :)

I enjoyed this book very much. The audiobook format really sold it for me. The plot was entertaining, and the dialogue was engaging. It felt like watching the documentary of a famous band after they’ve broken up. I’m motivated to watch the Amazon prime series after finishing.

while the idea behind this book is a fun one, it felt like it was building up to something only for there to be absolutely no pay off. no dramatic blow out, daisy and billy don’t even end up together (not that i wanted them to but it would’ve made sense). it just kind of. ended. i suppose that makes it appear more realistic but it was just kind of a let down. it didn’t give me something to care about or root for.
