I really enjoyed book 1 of this series by this new to be author. I love the way she introduced the characters and the timeline in this story. I enjoy the way she wrote about the brothers navigating through slavery and their efforts to end it. I can not wait until write more books in this series because she really has a storyline with the brothers and women in book 1. I love the fact that she is taking paranormal books to a different level.

Nastee is a new to me author and this is a long awaited release. I didn’t know what to expect, but one thing I was grateful for was BLACK VAMPIRES with special powers!!! The timeline play, the plot, the character developmen. It was all there. I can’t wait to read book 2!
