No thoughts really for this reread. Here's my old review

I don't think I'm going to do aliteral full review on this on my blog so]
This book is definitely a great companion to the Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard series, a must read in between books to boost your knowledge before the next book!

This book keep me laugh
funny informative fast-paced

This is good. I will definitely be using it to keep track of people and things in the next two Magnus Chase books. The pronunciation guide is probably the most helpful part.

This was an extremely interesting read, especially if you don't know much about Norse mythology (aka me).
And then there's the fact that it's been written by Riordan, so it was bound to be amazing!

Not my favorite. It felt really disjointed somehow.

Okay... has it been two years since I read the Magnus Chase series? Yes.
Have I forgotten pretty much everything about it? Also yes.
Did I read this book anyway? Absolutely.

So, I really loved Magnus Chase when I read it, and I've been meaning to pick up Hotel Valhalla for a while now and I just... Haven't??
But I finally did, and it was a really fun and informative book about the Norse worlds and Gods. I learnt a whole lot about the mythology and it was pretty awesome!

If I had read this in the peak of my Magnus Chase obsession, I'm sure that I would have given it five stars, but now that it's not as fresh in my mind, I'm giving it a four :)

4.5

4/5 - Informational but not needed

Meh. Slow read. Provides goo insight though.
