Still a 5 stars read for me even til today.
It’s 2020 and the last time I read this was 2014 and I was 12. It’s insane how strong of a love I have for these books especially New Moon. New Moon has got to be my all time favourites out of all the other books.
My favourite part of the book is definitely the months. The fact that it went by without any narrative just shows how down Bella was during that period of time post-Edward-leaving.
I also love the little bonding time that Bella and Jacob had. Also, the introduction to the werewolf pack. Love that!
Currently watching Breaking Dawn Part I as I’m writing this and suddenly got emotional because Flightless Bird, American Mouth is playing and I’m suddenly brought back to Twilight, the prom scene. A SIS IS EMOTIONAL.

Same thing, pretty good book. Not terrible, plot thickens and I enjoyed it

Okay so New Moon..... I am a Jacob fan i love him alot but even his presence did not make me like this book that much. We have to read through over 300 pages for Bella to even begin acting normal and she uses Jacob so much. Bella is depressed through most of the book and it took me almost a month to finish this book and for me that is like and eternity. Things i've learned from New Moon.
1. DO NOT LET YOUR BOYFRIEND BE YOUR WHOLE LIFE!!
2.Maintaining a healthy relationship with friends because they are also important.
3. NEVER forget how precious your best friend is.
I think that Bella took Edward back way to quickly for someone who stopped living her life all because he had left. Jacob was great and i was really mad about how close they were to kissing and then the vampires come back into her life. New Moon was wayyy to depressing for me i give it 3.5 stars

Holy crap this book is too long. 563 pages was just too much for what this story tells. Again my perspective has changed so that as I reread as an adult, the heartache she felt was relatable to a 40 year old woman who lost her husband and left three kids behind, not an 18 year old who had known him for 6 months.
Jacob’s persistence is mildly annoying but the heartbreak he is dealt isn’t deserved at all. He patched that girl back together to get dumped by the wayside. Poor kid.
Too much filler but I still like the story better than the first one, and I forgot how much I like Alice
