excited to read new moon after finishing twililght-- i enjoyed the book but not as much as the first book.. Should be interesting to see the next movie as more characters were introduced... Definitely seemed that Meyer duplicated the love stories of Bella/Edward to Bella/Jacob-- in terms of wording etc-- i'm sure intentional- too me it showed less creativity.

Tissue Count: 2/5. One scene.
When I first read this book, it became my least favorite in the series. I still loved it, but it just wasn't my favorite.
However, as I got older, I started to appreciate this one more and now when I read it or watch the movie, I like it a lot more than I used to. I can understand the depression Bella experiences in this book better now and I can also appreciate the friendship Jacob extends to her.
Basically I just learned to appreciate details that I hadn't previously understood. Which allowed me to enjoy it more. So all I can say for this one is give it a second chance later down the line if you didn't like it the first time.

Hát…soha nem szerettem a második részt, ez most sem változott meg… kicsit furcsálltam is, hogy milyen gyorsan elolvastam… 😃
Nos, Jacob, soha nem lesz a szívem csücske – hogy szépen fogalmazzak – és most, ez az érzés, még jobban megerősödött bennem. És totálisan kiakadtam, hogy két évvel fiatalabb, mint Bella…ami nem lenne gond, ha mondjuk egy 25 és 23 évesről lenne szó, de itt még csak egy 18 és egy 16 éves tini van, annyira nagy a különbség még ilyenkor, főleg, hogy Jacob a fiatalabb és a fiúk lassabban érnek…persze tisztelet a kivételnek A történet…tetszett is, nem is. Túl sok Jacob, túl kevés Edward… Teljesen feleslegesnek érzem ezt a kötetet! Simán ki lehetett volna hagyni, és egy ütős trilógiát kihozni ebből a sorozatból…csak azért mert az írónő megkedvelte Jacob-ot, még teljesen indokolatlan egy ilyen könyvet írni, akkor írjon róla max egy külön történetet vagy akármi…
