Wow, just wow!

This isn’t the typical MC series. It has a bigger picture here and I’m down for it.
Link is such a sweet guy for Lily. The dynamic between them isn’t what you’ll usually see in MC books. Her story is very tragic and seems to be the start of something bigger with the Feckers involved as well. I love the Sinners and the council if full of definite alpha males. Link’s sexual preferences will be interesting for Lily. Also Lily is such a good girl. Ut good girls do love bad boys.

I really enjoyed Lily And Link’s connection and relationship. It was extremely wholesome, given that he’s a Road Captain for the Satan’s Sinner’s MC. While I truly enjoyed this book, the ending was very abrupt and felt rushed. It didn’t seem authentic/satisfying that the MMC’s were robbed of their HEA and a…”joining”. I hope to see that happen in a concurrent continuation/telling of the next book of this series.

Sexy times with an MC Hottie! I really liked Link in the first book and thought there was more to him than portrayed and man - was I right! Link is one of those characters that you immediately feel drawn to, and want to take a bite out of. Lily should be his enemy but he trusts her and feels protective of her. Together these two take on forces much greater than them and fall along the way. The story arc continues from book 1, while keeping focus on the main HCs. I loved the steam, the sweetness and the twists and turns!

Loved it

First: there’s not a lot of sexy times in this book- and that is perfectly fine! This may be a spoiler... but I hate HATE virgin tropes with a passion. I find 99% of them to be unrealistic, and therefore: a waste of time. BUT leave it to this series to change my mind- this is the exception.
Well-written and intriguing- I can’t wait until more stories are written! I love how involved the characters from the first story were still present in this story; it really brings the series to life.

This book suffers from a predictable plot and from completely unnecessary POVs of future characters. However the biggest issue I had was the authors terrible habit of telling and not showing massive chunks of the plot. Making the book feel rushed. Between the telling and not showing, and the multiple intrusive POVs, the pacing is completely off.

Which is a shame, because the character development is decent. The MMC and FMC showing a gradual and believable growth, as do the other characters. I would gladly continue this series for that alone. But the series reading order is quite convoluted so this will be the last I will read. And considering how predictable this plot was, I don’t think I need to read it to know where this story is going.
It’s a pity, because the author is good at character development, but struggles to put those characters into a rich and balanced storyline.
