Wilde's fairy tales are utter shit lol, ngl i skimmed half of them. I only liked his comedic short stories like "the remarkable rocket" and "The canterville ghost", other than that it's alright.

every single time i read oscar wilde's work i inadvertently compare it to dorian grey. this was both similar and wildly different because some of the stories felt too heartfelt and genuine which is a crazy thing to comment about
