I enjoy complex characters but these just felt confusing. I didn’t understand much of their motivations at all. The plot was fairly straightforward and kept moving. The spice was good though. I think this is another Penelope Douglas story banking on the taboo and shock to sell the book. There wasn’t anything really earth shattering about the book.

shouldve ended up with Jake what the fuck!!!

This book pissed me off beyond belief and I enjoyed every second of it. Felt really good to just be angry and frustrated about something so not serious. Loved the way it made me feel so passionate about the plot (i wanted to shoot myself in the face) and if I wasn’t busy I would have finished this book in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down.

I wanted to rate it 1 star bc of the ending and how it all went, but I had so much fun reading this that I’ll let it slide…for now

Ummm.. wow. I went down the rabbit hole with this one!

A very unique book is one way of describing this. I definitely don't think this book is something everyone will like.. at times it was strange and maybe even a lil disturbing but it fit the vibe and it was an addictive read.
