This is a review for the series as a whole.
I really liked this series a lot. I loved all the characters, especially the side characters too. The journey that Jae Gu goes on as a fighter and ultimately as a boy/man comes clear during all 260 chapters.
I liked the story arcs, especially the later side stories with the summer vacation and the kidnapping story.
The action in this story feels solid, I love the visual style, the art, the concept style slapped onto the covers of each chapter. Moonyoung is a goddess on that magazine cover.
But of course there were also things that irritated me. Jae Gu being oblivious to everyone's feelings way, way too much, up to the point where I'm wondering how he can function as a human being in a society.
Some relationships feel forced, some characters don't get enough 'screentime' in my opinion.
To be honest I was rooting for the Dal Dal + Jae Gu from the beginning. They seem an effortless fit in so many ways and it feels like the classic, boring story to make Jae Gu and Queen fall in love, because they are so, so different. But maybe that is what love is about. That even when two people are perfect for each other on paper, that doesn't mean they will or should end up together.
The ending felt extremely rushed. The last chapter was so, so short. We got to see Jae Gu finally admitting his feelings which gave me all the feels admittedly, but then we didn't even see them kiss, discuss things. I want to know more. It felt too open.
Still I'm giving this series 5 stars, because it is unique, has great characters, the humour is spot on and ultimately I just wanted more despite the minor flaws :) can't wait to see what the author will come up with next.

GOTW had its own ups and downs, but the author knew how and when to end it. The art was beautiful.

Not as good as the first season in terms of action, but helps wrap up the story with some drama. It was nice to see Jaegu's character growth. Would have loved to read an epilogue with all the minor characters. Overall, a good ending to an awesome manhwa.
