“Oh, I wouldn’t mind, Hazel Grace. It would be a privilege to have my heart broken by you.”

“What a load of horse crap, eh, kid?”

Painful and beautiful. And also a bit funny. That’s all I have to say.

It's probably not acceptable to say that this book took my breath away… but it did.

I think I am the last person to read this book, however, I loved it all the same! I thought the characters in this novel were so interesting and fun to read! The dialogue and realism between Hazel and Augustus was incredible. Although you know the story will be sad, seeing as how it revolves around to teenagers with cancer, the writing still allows for comedy throughout the novel. This is the first John Green book that I have read, but I really enjoyed it. There is a lot of hype surrounding this book, but I would still recommend picking it up!

This book helped me heal. This book made me believe in the infinities of brief moments and the power people can have to change the world of someone else. John Green, I salute you.

This book has left me speechless.
It made me laugh, forget to breathe sometimes, and made me sob and cry. Yet in the end, the book made me smile and appreciate life even more than I have now.

Fantastic read! At the end I could only read one chapter at a time because it was so sad. A great book though. I'm so glad Indigo chose this book as their book club selection otherwise I would never have read it. I can't wait for the next selection!
